Friday: Retiring with Ease -- Even in Crazy Markets: Macklin Larsen

The stock market really laid an egg this week, but, according to Macklin Larsen, market volatility is something you can plan for -- and still achieve a solid retirement portfolio.  Macklin is a new member of Lake Zurich Rotary and a financial advisor with the new Edward Jones in Lake Zurich. 

 

At Friday's meeting, he will give a quick summary of the "Rules of the Road" for investing and then have a conversation about how to make your money last in retirement, where we're all going to be someday.  Considerations include developing a withdrawal strategy so you, ideally, won't have to delay retirement .  He'll also discuss ways to plan for expected and unexpected expenses.
