Emily Young will be speaking to us Monday about how COVID is impacting the residents and businesses of Lake County as well as village and other local governments. She was elected as a Village of Barrington Trustee in 2019. She works for the Lake County Health Department in marketing and communications and formerly worked as a communications director for a non-profit called Housing Options for the Mentally Ill in Evanston. She received her B.A. in History from Northwestern University.
