Petra & John would like to invite you to our cottage in the Illinois Turner Camp. There will be a full day of activities available for children and adults. Here is the list of activities:
1-2:45 - Glowby the Bubble Man
1-2:00 - Face Painting
1-3:30 - Kids Games and Crafts
2-6:30 - Live Band - Alex and the Allstars
2:30 - Pig Roast begins $12 adult $8 children
3:30-4:30 - Ice Cream Truck
3:30-5:30 - Awesome Balloon Twister
6:00-7:00 - Raffles close and 50/50
There is a Family Fest at the Illinois Turner Camp, which is a fundraiser for the Turner Camp pool. We can participate in the activities and we will also be able to relax at our cottage. If you don't want to have the pig roast, feel free to bring your own food. If you would like to bring an appetizer, salad or dessert and we can share at the cottage. There are beverages for purchase or you can bring your own favorite beverage. John and I will also have plenty of beverages available.
We will also have an initiation at 4:00pm of 2 two new members, George Young and Appaji Valavala. We look forward to having them in our club!!
When you turn in follow the road to curve to the right and on the right will be a parking lot. If this is full there is a larger parking lot. Cottage number is 133 and look for blue/gold balloons. If you are bringing a cooler then you can pull into the small parking lot and unload and then drive to the larger parking lot.
